Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Drift app ("App") operated by Dutch Bytes ("we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subscriptions
• Drift Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
• A 7-day free trial is included with your first subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content included in the App — including sounds, graphics, and software — is the property of Dutch Bytes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your custom recordings remain your property.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Drift is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dutch Bytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
